Liza at MNDFL x Dagne Dover 🏖️

I recently taught meditation somewhere I never have before: on a fake beach! 🏖️

I was brought in by MNDFL Meditation to to teach a class for Dagne Dover's Summer Games pop up shop in SoHo, NYC. We did a breath-based class, and there was a great mix of first-time and occasional meditators. The incredible din of the city provided a great backdrop for focusing our minds.... 'cause nothing says "I'm going for it!" like being able to stay present with wailing sirens going by. ;)
