The internet is awesome, but real life is even better. Here are a few events I'll be speaking at this spring. I'd love to connect in person! 

NYC | The Vibe Life: The Art of Connection in the Digital Age | March 19 

(link) Along with Jess Davis, founder of Folk Rebellion, and Andee Olson, director of content strategy at Bumble + Bumble BFF, I'll be at Ludlow House discussing how to make real, impactful human connections in the digital age. I can't wait to share, and to learn from these badass women! 

NYC | Insights Association: NEXT 2018 | April 30-May 1

(link) How cool is it that internet researchers & marketers want to learn more about Mindful Technology? So cool, if you ask me! On May 1st, I'll be kicking off the conference day with a short meditation for all attendees (yay!) and then delivering the opening keynote address about #mindfultech, followed up by an executive workshop the next day. I can't wait. 

London | UX London | May 23-25 

(link) For their ten-year anniversary event, I'll be delivering a talk and a half-day workshop about Mindful Technology. I'll be in good company, along with speakers including Amber Case, author of Calm Technology, and Aaron Walter, author of Designing for Emotion (and all around nice guy). We're at such an inflection point in the humans / technology relationship, and this event promises to dive right in to the morass.
